July, 1997 the hot, mugginess engulfed me as my rescue dog Thor my shadow and companion was wrapped neatly in a blanket on that hot Mississippi afternoon. I had just started my very first online offbeat cartoons and funny gifts venture, and stopped immediately my daily creative routine. Thor was about twelve years old but was staring at the walls and not responding to my voice. He had been very active up until then.
