Forex, a shortening of “foreign exchange,” is a currency trading market in which investors convert one currency into another, ideally profiting from the trade. For instance, American investors who have bought Japanese currency might think the yen is growing weak. There are many different kinds of horse fencing and as many kinds of horse. The point is illustrated by Sugar, a mature pony. She was discovered one frosty morning with her one foot stuck in a tangle of barbed wire. The frost showed that she had been standing there for a long time waiting for a kindly human being to come and untangle her. A young thoroughbred would probably have careered about frantically, cutting itself to ribbons.
