Our neighbour had a gold retriever, and he was so gentle even with the 6 kids that lived there as young as a year old. He use to come over the odd time for a swim in our pool. So cute.
They are definitely super sweet dogs. I’ve heard they are one of the best dogs you can have if you have kids. They are such adorable puppies too. They look like little bears.

Golden retrievers are superb! They are PERFECT with children, they are great for both men and women, since they can both be hunting dogs or just peaceful cuddlers.
They are perfect for rainy days or cold days when you just need to cuddle someone ^-^

do golden retirvers shed allot and if they swin in water will there hair fall out please answer and is it possible for them to have short hair too? Many thanks
She shed’s but not a lot like my Labrador does. I usually give her a haircut in the summer (she didn’t have it cut for this video)
