Man charged with starving 11 hound dogs (NBC 12 Richmond)

KING WILLIAM, VA (WWBT) – A King William county man is behind bars Wednesday night convicted of starving 11 hound dogs, four of them to death. This all happened on a farm near the intersection of Acquinton Church and East River Roads.
